Privacy policy
Last updated: 14 September 2026 · initial policy, subject to legal review
This policy explains what HelmLift collects through this website and how that information is handled. It is an initial policy for a marketing website that collects project and contact enquiries, and will be updated as the business grows.
Information we collect
When you use the Start a Project or Talk to an Engineer forms, we collect the details you submit, such as your name, company, work email, optional phone number, and the project context you describe. Our servers may also record standard technical request data (for example, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention.
Why we collect it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, route it to the right engineer, hold a technical discovery conversation, and provide services you ask for.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate, anonymous usage of the site (such as which pages are viewed). Analytics may set cookies and collect usage data as described by Google. We do not send your form details (name, email, phone, or project description) to analytics.
How your information is handled
Enquiry information is used to respond to and deliver services. We do not sell it. It is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the site (for example, hosting and email delivery), and only as needed for those purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have submitted. Email hello@helmlift.com and we will respond.
